Citando a magia

Water Walk (Ritual)
Level: 3
Type: Transmutation
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 30 feet
Components: V S M
Material Components: a piece of cork
Duration: 1 hour
Used By: CLR, RGR, SOR

This spell grants the ability to move across any liquid surface such as water, acid, mud, snow, quicksand, or lava as if it were harmless solid ground (creatures crossing molten lava can still take damage from the heat).

Up to ten willing creatures you can see within range gain this ability for the duration.

If you target a creature submerged in a liquid, the spell carries the target to the surface of the liquid at a rate of 60 feet per round.

Pergunta: pode-se eleger como alvo uma criatura involuntária? Isto é, poderia lançar Water Walk num monstro aquático/submerso e fazê-lo emergir até a superfície?

A julgar pelo trecho Up to ten willing creatures you can see within range gain this ability for the duration e pela não menção de qualquer Teste de Resistência, eu sou inclinado a dizer que não. Não há menções de alvos que não desejam ser afetados pela magia, então pelo texto, os únicos alvos legítimos são os voluntários.
